What is Teknobag Draimad?

Teknobag Draimad is an innovative sludge dewatering technology that uses specially engineered geotextile bags to dewater and contain sludge, slurries, and other high-moisture waste materials. The system offers a passive, gravity-driven alternative to energy-intensive mechanical dewatering equipment.

Sludge is pumped into the geotextile bags, where water drains through the permeable fabric while solids are retained. Over time, the contained solids consolidate and dry further through evaporation, achieving significant volume reductions of up to 90% or more.

Process

How Teknobag Draimad Works

Sludge Conditioning

Conditioned sludge is pumped into the high-strength geotextile bags. Multiple fill cycles may be performed to maximize the volume of solids captured per bag.
