Oxygen Generators

Oxygen generators produce a continuous supply of oxygen-enriched gas directly at your facility using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) technology. Air is separated using zeolite molecular sieve to produce oxygen at purities up to 95%, eliminating dependence on delivered liquid oxygen cylinders or bulk tanker deliveries.

PSA oxygen systems are well-suited for small to medium flow requirements where standard compressor-fed air is available. VPSA systems — using blowers and vacuum pumps — are optimized for large industrial flows, delivering higher efficiency at scale. VPSA is the preferred choice for high-demand applications such as large-scale water treatment, industrial combustion enhancement, and mining operations.

High-pressure booster options are available for applications requiring oxygen delivery at elevated pressures. Integrated purity analyzers continuously monitor output quality and route off-spec gas to vent automatically, protecting downstream processes and ensuring consistent performance.
