Nitrogen Generators

Nitrogen generators produce a continuous, reliable supply of high-purity nitrogen gas directly at your facility using either Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or membrane separation technology. By generating nitrogen on-site, facilities eliminate the cost, logistics, and safety hazards associated with delivered liquid nitrogen or high-pressure cylinders.

PSA nitrogen generators achieve purities from 95% up to 99.999% and are ideally suited for applications requiring very high purity or high flow rates. Membrane nitrogen generators are compact and cost-effective for moderate purity requirements (95–99.5%), with no moving parts in the separation module. Both technologies are available in modular, expandable configurations to match current demand and scale with future requirements.

Operating costs typically range from $0.02–$0.05 per m³ of nitrogen produced, compared to significantly higher costs for delivered bulk liquid or cylinder nitrogen. Most installations achieve full return on investment within 9 to 24 months, after which nitrogen is produced at near-zero cost. Systems operate 24/7 without scheduled gas deliveries, making supply interruptions a thing of the past.
