About Industrial Gas Compressors

Industrial gas compressors are available in two pressure classes covering the full range of compression requirements across pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, and manufacturing industries. Medium-pressure systems handle 3–500 HP at pressures up to 1,500 psig. High-pressure systems extend from 500 HP up to 1,600 HP at pressures up to 7,000 psig.

Both classes are designed to compress a wide range of industrial gases including nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, methane, helium, and hydrogen. Gas-specific materials selection, seal design, and safety interlocks are incorporated based on the gas being handled — ensuring compatibility and safe operation across reactive, inert, and flammable gas services.

All systems are PLC controlled with a local HMI and built-in remote monitoring capability. Data logging, alarm management, and integration with plant DCS or SCADA systems are standard features. Pre-assembled skid packages with all ancillaries — inter-coolers, after-coolers, knockout drums, safety valves, and instrumentation — are available for turnkey delivery.
