Gas Mixing Systems
Precision 2 and 3-gas blending systems up to 20,000 SCFH — with integrated analyzers, alarms, and NEMA 4X enclosure options for demanding industrial environments
Overview
About Gas Mixing Systems
Gas mixing systems blend two or three component gases to a precise target composition for delivery to downstream processes. Flow control is managed through mass flow controllers or calibrated rotameters, with integrated gas analyzers continuously verifying the blend composition and alarming if the mix drifts outside specified tolerances.
Systems are sized up to 20,000 SCFH (approximately 525 m³/hr) to cover everything from small laboratory applications to large industrial production lines. Where gases will be used in food contact, medical, or outdoor applications, NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosures are available to meet hygiene and environmental protection requirements.
Component gases are typically supplied from on-site generators (nitrogen, oxygen) combined with delivered specialty gases (CO₂, argon), making gas mixing systems natural companions to PSA nitrogen and oxygen generators — allowing precise MAP or welding gas blends to be produced on-site without purchasing expensive pre-mixed cylinder gases.
