Custom-Engineered Gas Systems
Turnkey skid-mounted and containerized nitrogen and oxygen systems engineered to your exact pressure, flow, and purity requirements
Overview
About Custom-Engineered Gas Systems
Custom-engineered gas systems integrate nitrogen or oxygen generation, compression, storage, and distribution into a single pre-assembled skid or containerized package. Every system is engineered from specification through commissioning around the customer's exact pressure, flow rate, purity, and space constraints — no off-the-shelf compromises.
Systems are available across three pressure ranges: low pressure (0–200 psig) for direct process feed; medium pressure (200–1,500 psig) for laser cutting assist gas, injection molding, and leak testing; and high pressure (1,500+ psig) for cylinder filling operations and specialized industrial applications.
All systems are factory-assembled and tested before shipping, minimizing on-site installation time and commissioning risk. PLC-based controls with HMI touchscreens are standard, with remote monitoring and SCADA integration available. Containerized configurations provide fully weather-protected, self-contained installations suitable for remote or outdoor deployments.

Process
System Design & Delivery Process
Application Review
Engineering team reviews required gas purity, flow rate, pressure, duty cycle, and site conditions to define the full system specification.
System Design
P&ID and equipment selection finalized — covering generation, compression, storage vessels, filtration, controls, and all safety devices.
Factory Assembly & Test
Complete system is assembled on skid or in container, then performance-tested at full operating conditions before shipment.
Site Installation
Pre-assembled package is placed and connected to utilities. Minimal field work required — typically complete within 1–3 days.
Commissioning & Training
System is started up and verified against specification. Operators are trained on normal operation, controls, and maintenance procedures.
